AGENDA Brief
Participants will be placed in small cadres of 4-5 individuals for the week to foster learning, accountability, and feedback to each other. Participants experience a combination of teaching, lab work, and "hands on" experiential learning sessions.
Day One: Tuesday
Registration will begin at 1:00 PM with the first session starting at 3:00 PM
Opening session: How to get the most out of the True Growth® Academy
Session Two: Understanding your interpersonal style
Session Three: Introduce the principles and value of Journaling
Session Four: Introduction of the True Growth Model
Dinner served
Day Two: Wednesday
Values session: Understand the criticality of defining and following one's personal values followed by a time of reflection and journaling
Values Lab: Draft a personal set of values that govern business and personal conduct
Feedback Management Session: The art of giving and receiving feedback
Team Challenge Exercises: Outdoor team exercises with plus/delta feedback practice
The Gift of Feedback: Each participant will receive his/her True Growth® Authentic Leadership 360° Assessment with the evening to review and contemplate

Day Three: Thursday
Leadership Behaviors Session: Teaching with Lab focused on the practice of building leadership disciplines into the leader's daily schedule
Life Story Session: Participants work on exploring and framing their life story
Purpose Session: Teaches the importance of defining one's personal purpose followed by a time of reflection and journaling. Purpose Lab follows to draft a life purpose
Action Planning Session: Teaches the principles of action planning
One-on-One Assessment Meetings with professional consultant coaches
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Day Four: Friday
Action Planning Lab: Focus on participants building two action plans - one personal and one professional - to execute their personal True Growth® Model
TeamMax™ Methodology: How to build a passionately engaged team
Tips on Reentry: Practical tips on how to effectively reenter the workplace and home place
Closing Session
Breakfast and Lunch
Academy ends at 11:30 AM
Shuttle departs for airport at Noon
Optional: Golf and/or other activities in San Antonio
Follow-Up: True Growth® Associates call their respective one-on-one participants at 30 days to follow-up on action plan progress. Participants will receive free 6 month access to the TeamMax™ behavior measurement system. This user-friendly, web-based tool will help track the progress of the new behaviors discovered during the True Growth® experience.
